Description of Service

Pdfixo provides free, browser-based PDF processing tools including but not limited to merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing PDF documents. All processing is performed client-side within your web browser.

Use at Your Own Risk

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable PDF processing, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output generated by our tools. You are solely responsible for verifying the output files meet your requirements before relying on them.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process using the Service.
You must have the legal right to modify, merge, convert, or otherwise process any files you upload to the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pdfixo, its owners, operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Data Loss

Since all file processing occurs in your browser, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files. Pdfixo is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the processing of your files. We strongly recommend keeping copies of your original files before using any processing tool.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Pdfixo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
